Help CenterPlease check the connection of your Master(s) or Slave(s) accounts. The status should be 'Connected' for the orders to go through. To access, go to the cockpit's side menu and click Slaves or Masters -> on the main form the 'Status' section is the last column just beside ON/OFF column.
