How to set Max Account Position Size per Master - Copy Settings?

The Max Account Position Size Per Master defines if the accumulated position size copied from this specific Master account to the Slave account would exceed this value, it'll prevent the Trade Copier from copying new open orders. It doesn't consider orders coming from other Masters, other sources, and orders placed directly on the Slave account.
