For example, if you need to use 5 masters and 12 slaves, you can now subscribe directly to a pack of 16 accounts (1 master is included for free).

Is it okay to keep 1 Master under the Free Plan along with my other accounts under Subscription Plan?
Absolutely! It's good to note that you can only use ONE Master under the Free Plan. If you'll need a second Master or more, you will need a Subscription Plan or a Prepay Plan. The Free Master has no order nor volume limitation unlike the Free Slave account, so you can keep 1 Master under the Free Plan without having to worry about order/volume limitations.
How to upgrade your Subscription Plan?
To upgrade just subscribe to a new Subscription Pack indicating the number of accounts that you need here. The existing number of account in an existing Subscription Pack is considered when computing the new pricing, the more accounts you have the less you pay per account. You will have a distinct pack with a distinct billing date.
How to downgrade your Subscription Plan?
If you need fewer accounts, you have to cancel the current Subscription Pack and subscribe to a new one with the number of new accounts you need.
How does the auto renewal work?
If you paid by card, Skrill, or Paypal, your Subscription plan will auto renew a few days before it expires. You will receive an email notifications 2 days before the scheduled renewal. If you have paid with a Credit Card the system will try automatically to charge your card every 4h. If you have paid with Paypal/Skrill, the system will not try again to charge your account, you have to wait the end of the 48h grace period to renew the plan, or you can directly subscribe to a fresh new pack.
Auto renew doesn't apply for payments made through Crypto (BitPay). You'll need to place an order and assign the subscription again.
What is Grace Period?
If your Subscription Plan has not successfully renewed yet and is already expired, your plan enters to a 48-hour graceperiod. Your plan will stay active while it's on graceperiod. Once the graceperiod is over, the account will get disconnected and will stop copying.
